Integration
One crew for everything behind the walls
Sound, lighting, cameras and network, planned with your electrical from day one and finished by the same people.
What integration covers
Whole-home audio
Sonos and in-ceiling speakers in the rooms you want them, wired clean with nothing sitting on a shelf.
Lighting control
Lutron scenes, dimming and accent lighting you run from a keypad or your phone. Stair treads, coves, cabinets, landscape.
Security and cameras
Camera systems and wiring placed during the build, so nothing is run across your siding afterward.
Network and Wi-Fi
Hardwired data and access points so the signal reaches the shop, the patio and the far bedroom.
Building with Extreme Panels?
Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are foam-core walls that go up fast and seal tight. The wiring runs through chases cut into the foam at the factory, instead of through holes drilled in every stud.
That only works if the electrician is in the room before the panels are made. We lay out the chases with your builder and panel supplier, then pull wire through a wall that's already insulated and closed.
- Chase layout planned from your drawings
- Power and low voltage kept in separate chases
- Fewer surprises at rough-in inspection

Why do it with your electrician
On a custom home, the lighting, the sound and the power all compete for the same walls and the same schedule. When one crew plans all of it, the keypads land where the switches would have, the speakers miss the can lights, and one person answers the phone when you have a question.
We see it through from the first walk of the framing to the day you move in.

Planning a custom home?
The earlier we talk, the more we can build in. A sit-down with your plans is the best place to start.
